Mexican Grill: Grilled meat, “Carne Asada a la Tampiqueña”, tricks from Chef Coty

Mexican Grill: Grilled meat, “Carne Asada a la Tampiqueña”, tricks from Chef Coty

“Carne asada a la tampiqueña” is a typical dish from the north of Mexico which normally includes flank steak with different side dishes which include “rajas poblanas”, refried beans, guacamole and a mole enchilada. Of course warm corn tortillas and salsas are also served on the table as with most of mexican dishes.

Step by step with Chef Coty

The garnishes that we will learn to prepare  complement the dish and will fill our palate with diverse flavors. For example, we’ll have the creaminess of the poblano pepper slices with onions, corn and cream cheese, the freshness of guacamole, the spiciness of a good salsa borracha, the eccentric sweetness of mole and of course, the juices of a great cut.

Chef Coty will teach us how to cook this dish and all the side dishes.
