SPECIAL TYPICAL MEXICAN CHRISTMAS DINNER COOKING COURSE

MENU

First course:

Spicy shrimp soup with dried ancho and morita pepper

 

Second course:

Caramelized figs* stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto served over a bed of salad, with caramelized nuts, cranberries, cherry tomatoes and avocado 

*(if figs are not available, they are substituted by dates wrapped in bacon)

 

Third course:

Timbal of bacalao and avocado (cod fish with caramelized onion, tomato, capers, olives, xcatic pepper and bell peppers) served with slices of baguette

 

Fourth course:

Pork loin filled with mushrooms, nuts and bacon, served with a chipotle prune sauce and accompanied by steamed rice

 

Fifth course:

Pineapple tamales with nuts and raisins marinated in rum

Includes wine, beer, agua fresca and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate!

Recipes, instructions from the chef, and a lesson on tequila and mescal with a tasting

*Food can also be packed for take away

 

Price per person: 140 USD
